Coating units
PLATIT offers high-tech PVD and PECVD coating units for tools and components. Depending on your needs, we equip our coating units with the following technologies:
- Arc in DC mode or pulsed mode
- Sputter in DC mode, pulsed mode or HiPIMS mode
- Hybrid technology with simultaneous arc and sputter processes
Choose one of PLATIT’s proven coating unit and benefit from our great know-how. In addition, we are happy to develop customized special units for your special requirements.
PLATIT Pi111 PLUS G3 – for a smart start
The PLATIT Pi111 PLUS G3 is perfect for smaller PVD coating volumes, making it the ideal entry-level unit:
- 2 LARC® PLUS cathodes for arc deposition
- Coating volume: max. ø353 x H498mm
- Coating height with defined coating thickness: max. 414mm
- Load: max. 160kg

PLATIT Pi411 PLUS – for unlimited flexibility
The PLATIT Pi411 PLUS offers you more options and can be quickly adapted to changing requirements:

PLATIT PL711 – for DLC coatings
